Secret Ingredient: Mint…

minty 241x300 Secret Ingredient: Mint...Summertime….hot, sweaty, sticky.  Just a few worlds to describe how it feels in my part of the country (although…lately it has been quite nice so I shouldn’t complain!).  The first thing I reach for when the mercury starts rising are minty products.  I drink mint iced tea to cool off…and I use beauty products with peppermint infusions.  Besides the obvious immediate cooling benefit, mint can also be great for sore muscles, relaxation and believe it or not…upset stomach.  Growing up, Nana always had mint in the backyard…now I know why.

Carol’s Daughter Rosemary & Mint Shampoo Great for dry hair that is in need of some TLC.  This minty shampoo will stimulate your scalp and the lavender will calm those frazzled ends.

Mintea This is a unique fragrance that pairs green and mint tea with lemon and other floral notes to create a refreshing and light fragrance that would be ideal for summer.

Bliss Minty Moisture Milk Very cool and light!  This is a great lightweight feeling moisturizer that does the job of a heavy weight.  Added firming benefit and fresh mint scent make this another great summer find.

Sugar Freshen Up Lip Gloss Lip gloss that freshens your breath??  You bet.  This one is a throwback to the roll on glosses of the 70′s that I loved so much.  Tastes like a breath mint and gives off tons of shine.

Philosophy Empowermint Body Mask Spa treatment at home in record time.  This is an invigorating head to toe body mask that delivers deep cleansing and exfoliation.  Less irritating than salt scrubs this is a thick paste that you massage in and leave on for a bit before rinsing.

Feel Pretty!!
