I know I do go on and one about certain things – but when I tell you that this thing has changed my skin’s life. I really want you to listen. You all know that I feel having good skin is the most important thing (more important than makeup *gasp*) This will help you get there is your skin is less than perfect AND if you already have good skin it will help your products to work better.
CLARISONIC Skin Care Brush + 2 oz Cleanser is an absolute dream to use, and there is some serious science behind it (y’all know I love science in my skincare…LOL). This was created by the lead inventor of the Sonicare toothbrush (another gadget I love). It uses sonic technology that gives you 300 movements per second. You would never be able to wash your face that fast on your own! The result is a DEEP clean that leaves your face super duper clean and prepared to absorb your favorite face cream. Clinical studies show that it is more than two times as effective as doing it the old fashioned way AND dry patches, oily areas, pore size, fine lines and wrinkles are all diminished.
The Rundown:
You have to plug this thing in for 24 hours before you can use it (believe me…it was pure torture!)
You must remove your makeup FIRST before washing your face (a given but I just thought I would mention it). After ONE DAY, I noticed a HUGE difference in the way my prroducts were absorbed by my skin. I felt a tingle afterwards when I applied my face cream! There is a timer on it – so you work on areas of your face for specific amounts of time. The brush comes with 2 heads, one regular, and one sensitive, the Clarisonic daily cleanser (although you can use your own…I used it with my Purity Made Simple and several other soapy cleansers just to test it out), and charging cradle which will provide you with 15 days of portable use once fully charged. Another FANTASTIC plus is that the unit is completely sealed so it is waterproof and can be used in the shower (yahooooo!!)
