I have just discovered Prescriptives ‘Better Off’ Fast Acting Waterproof Makeup Remover and I am in LOOOVE. It dissolves pretty much on contact and is slightly less oily feeling than my beloved Bi-Facils (which by the way I have been using for over 15 years). In addition it will take off lip stains and long wearing lip colors too! How great is that??
All of this and at $18 it is about $10 less than Lancome’s version. All around better off wouldn’t you say??
