It looks like the muscles in her face are too deadened to smile naturally. Ugh, she's starting to evolve in the weird, disturbing way as Heidi Montag. I saw a picture on The Beauty Girl of what Heidi used to look like pre-plastic surgery and I was dumbfounded. In every sense, she is not the same person anymore.
