Summer 2009: Essie Neon 2009 Nail Lacquer…

Summer colors are still all about the bright neon shades of the 80′s. I told you last year that trend wasn’t going anywhere anytime soon.  Now Essie is debuting an extenstion to their popular Neon line from last year.

Neon 2009 introduces four colors: Flirty Fuschia, Funky Limelight, Perky Purple and Punchy Pink ($8 each). The colors drop April 15th and are certain to keep your fingers and toes looking sharp all summer long.  These colors are bright without being gaudy and I think women of all ages could pull any of them off.
