Getting ready for the summer weather/beach/pool is paramount….you MUST have two things in place a great exfoliant for face/body and good moisturizers to make sure your skin is glowing. Nothing like a blotchy tan that comes from extra dead winter skin….not a good look so make sure you are prepared.
Bobbi Brown Beach Scrub – Scented with Bobbi’s Beach fragrance, this yummy scrub is highly emollient but gets the job done with ingredients like Orange Peel and Pumice to smooth away dead skin.
Kiehl’s Creme de Corps – Superb moisturizer, great for dry skin that has been sitting in the sun too long. Beta-carotene gives natural, deep golden color.
Tarte Bronze Goddess Cheek Stain – (or any shade, really) this is one of my FAVORITE summer products BY FAR. Perfect for a good dose of color at the beach, pool or wherever! Non sticky, loads of sheer color that’s oil free and won’t dry your skin out.
Kate Somerville Tanning Towelettes – Paraben-free, easy to apply, streak free tanner for all skin types deliver a concentrated, hydrating formula that will give you a nice glow fairly quickly.
NARS Body Glow – Monoi de Tahiti oil keeps your skin moisturized…the bronze color helps keep it glowing. If you are not a fan of the bronze shimmer grab the plain version.
Clarins Delicious Self Tanning Cream – Lightly scented, silky gel cream that feels delightful om the skin gives you a nice pretty glow. Use this to get your base color before you go on vaction.
