PreCleanse you say?? YES! This is the old school philosopy or removing your makeup before you actually wash your face. We’ve talked about Cleansing Oils before and this is the same thing. Dermaologica’s PreCleanse is a cleansing oil that works into a creamy emulsion that removes all makeup (including waterproof mascara and the like). Rice Bran & Vitamin E blended with Olive, Apricot and Kukui oil keep your skin supple. Apply a squirt (just a small amount will do) onto a dry face, massage it around until your makeup starts to break-down, then rinse with water. Afterwards, use your regular cleanser.
Like other cleansing oils, this is formulated for all skin types so you can use this evn if your skin has some oiliness to it. When massaging, concentrate on areas of congestion or stubborn debris (like eyes). Wet hands and continue massaging to create a light, milky emulsion.

I don't like using it around my eyes though, since it will sting if it gets in them, but for everything else this is great!
I love Dermologica products because it is gentle enough for my sensitive skin but still manages to remove dirt and oil. I had trouble getting the waterproof mascara completely off even with multiple cleansers, but precleanse really works for me. This is a great post, I would recommend it to everyone as well!
