Kiehl’s Sunflower Color Preserving Hair Care…

Summer is definitely here and along with it comes sun, salt, chlorine and sand which can all wreak havic on your tresses!  Not to worry though, Kiehl’s has introduced Sunflower Color Preserving Hair Care. This Paraben-Free, Sulfate-Free, and Silicone-Free formula uses Sunflower Seed Oil to preserve hair color, and since Sunflower Seed Oil has a natural UV-protective filter, these formulas are ideal for protecting hair from damaging summer rays. While all of their hair formulas are safe for those with color treated hair, this is the first collection that was formulated specifically to preserve and protect color vibrancy while helping to repair damage caused by chemical processing. And, let’s face it—in these times, while we all tighten our belts, it’s much less expensive to extend the life of hair color with at-home color-preserving products than by multiple salon appointments.

This product excites me as it has no parabens, sulfates, or silicone! As I recently colored my hair a dark brown, it also interests me because I have noticed that since I dyed my hair, the color has faded. I don't mind too much though because it faded to a really pretty chestnut brown color! But I would still love to try this product!
