NYFW 2009: Bobbi Brown for Yigal Azrouel….

Bobbi Brown collaborated with designer Yigal Azrouel whose line is feminine, yet deconstructed. The look was natural and featured a strong smokey eye.  Bobbi says, “I wanted to create a look that was still feminine, but true to what the designer wanted. We used no blush and no lip products….I just pinched the models cheeks.“

The skin was clean and natural and the focus was entirely on the eyes using charcoal shadow and a brand new mascara with new polymer technology that will be debuting in November. “Extreme Party” promises volume and length that is buildable.   It “re-wets” itself so you can build on top of what you have already applied for an extreme false eyelash look.  You can’t tell in this photo (thank you iPhone!) but her lashes are ridiculous. (can’t WAIT….that sounds like it could be my new favorite mascara)
