Red Carpet: Grand Opening of Ted Gibson/Hela Spa in DC…

Ohhhh my lovies I had the most amazing opportunity last night!  I was invited to the grand opening of the Ted Gibson/Hela Spa in Chevy Chase!  When I arrived there was a crush of people outside…limos…cameras.  So for some reason, I had to sign a release (3 pages….thank you very much…) and I was whisked upstairs.  Inside, there were photographers…food…and drink and to my surprise there were also television cameras in the house!  Turns out BRAVO and The Real Housewives of DC were at the party filming!  Now I know you regular readers know that I have been getting my hair/facial needs taken care of at the salon since last February and the salon has been open but now it is FINISHED and it looks amazing.

Ted, Jason and the staff were amazing as usual and it was great to see them doing their thing! Seeing the Bravo film crews in action was just the gravy on top.  Also there was the celeb sighting of the hunky actor Paul Gross of the new show with Rebecca Romijn, Eastwick…..(lawd he was fine). The new Phyto treatment area has been completed….the Skin Ceuticals area/medi spa is complete and to top it all off Jason is going to be down in DC taking care of color clientele very regularly….  As Ted says in the video below, “We are on the second floor right above Louis Vuitton and Jimmy Choo….could it be any better?  I don’t think so…..”
