Beauty News: Cyndi Lauper & Lady Gaga Named New Faces of MAC’s Viva Glam!
Big news!! MAC has new Viva Glam Ambassadors! It was announced today that Cyndi Lauper and Lady Gaga have been named the latest faces of the MAC AIDS Fund. According to today’s Women’s Wear Daily, the newest campaign, “From Our Lips,” will break on February 25. MAC Viva Glam Gaga Lipstick and Viva Glam Cyndi Lipstick will launch in North America on March 18 and will go global after that, with 100% of the proceeds being donated to the MAC AIDS Fund.
I can’t WAIT to see the colors!!! I have always loved Cyndi since back in my teenage years and I ADORE Lady Gaga….weird but talented and you know what? Cyndi was the SAME WAY in her day. Go back and look at pictures….she was an artist and unbeknownst to everyone else at the time and fine singer songwriter. People wanted to dismiss her because of the campy image she portrayed. Then True Colors came out and people were like whaaaaat?? yeah, I can see Lady Gaga doing it big like that later in life. What do you think about the latest celebrity ambassadors??
