Drugstore Diva: Olay Pro X Wrinkle Smoothing Cream…

olayprox Drugstore Diva: Olay Pro X Wrinkle Smoothing Cream...I have been wanting to try this line for a while, but you know how it is.  Well, a few weeks ago, I grabbed the box while I was in the supermarket and I started reading the back. Interesting list of ingredients.  I threw it in the cart and continued on my way.  When I washed my face that evening, I opened up the jar and I was shicked at how rich it was.  The first thing I noticed was the texture, the cream is lightweight feeling to the touch but don’t let that fool you….it is plenty rich.  So right off the bat, if you have oily skin, this would be a “no”….try the lighter-weight lotion instead.  The best thing about Olay Pro X Wrinkle Smoothing Cream is that it is a double duty cream, wrinkles/moisturizing and brightening.

In addition, the folks at Olay do not play around when it comes to their anti-aging ingredients.  They boast big claims and honestly…they back them up ten fold.  This line contains  niacinamide which is a form of vitamin B3 which is very helpful for moisture retention.  And, according a study published in the British Journal of Dermatology, it “significantly decreased hyperpigmentation and increased skin lightness” after four weeks of use. Wowza…

The bottom line for me was that my skin stayed hydrated and you can’t beat that it has SPF 30 which is amazing for an over the counter day cream.  To top it all off, click here to get a $20 rebate when you spend $50 on any combination of Olay Pro X products.  Remember, this cream is only $36 so you are getting a FAB deal.

Stay Pretty!!
