Ooooooohhhhhh be still my heart! My most FAVE gloss EVER in the most wanted, most flattering shade ever. Black Honey Super Balm will forever live in my makeup bag as long as it is in production. First of all, if you don’t know the history behind the color it has been around forever. First as a sheer lipstick that was at the height of popularity in the early 70′s, then as a pot gloss in the 80′s (that’s the one I used to use!) then as Almost Lipstick in recent years. I think just about every girl has owned a version of it over the years…it’s almost like a right of passage! The shade is sheer, flattering on everyone and is the perfect brownish berry red.
The addition of this shade to the Super Balm line is fantastic, the gloss is shiny and super moisturizing. Best of all, you can wear it alone for a natural look or on top of liner/lipstick for that pop of shine. I bought 4 tubes just to have them! Oh and did I forget to mention…you can only get it at Sephora.
