If there is anything that my Nana taught me, it’s that heat will clear blemishes. When I was a teenager, she was always giving me a scalding hot washcloth to hold onto any blemish that popped up before a dance or a special event. That same theory is artfully crafted into one of the cutest and effective blemish clearing devices on the market. The Zeno Hotspot is a re-incarnation of the previous Zeno device – this time around it’s smaller and simpler to use.

It’s hot enough to get the job done, but not so much that it’s uncomfortable to the touch because it adjusts to your skin’s temperature to deliver just the right amount of heat (by bye scalding hot washcloth!!) Most blemishes need two to three 2 ½ minute treatments to be completely eliminated but, in some cases, just one treatment can be enough to stop the blemish in its tracks.
