Every summer Bond No.9 creates a fragrance that highlights the hot spot for that season – this year they highlight the sleepy beach town of Montauk. Andy Warhol Montauk is a unisex scent inspired by the Long Island beach town that was a favorite of Warhol’s. If you are a fragrance collector, this one is a must have for the bottles alone….
This is the 5th in the Bond No.9 series of Warhol collectible fragrances and the bottle design displays Andy Warhol’s iconic Sunsets, dating back from 1972 (one year after he discovered Montauk). His Sunsets series consisted of 632 unique screen prints but for this project, they chose FOUR designs from his collection to feature. The fragrance is a woody citrus and includes notes of bergamot, white laurel, blueberry, hyacinth, lily of the valley, honeysuckle, amber, driftwood, silver maple and red oak.
