Last night, Beyoncé looked radiant as she surprised EVERYONE by showing up on the red carpet looking very pregnant at the MTV VMA awards. She practically glowed in a beautiful orange Lanvin gown and elegant makeup, thens he donned a sparkly jacket and 5 inch heels for a lively performance on stage.

Face
Step 1:
