TMG Faves: Lancôme Bi-Facil Eye Makeup Remover…

Lancome Bi-Facil Eye Makeup Remover 4.2 oz size [$25.20] and a 6.7 oz size [$33.30] is my all time favorite – why?  Because it’s gentle and it does exactly what it says it will.  It melts all traces of makeup without any pulling or tugging.  I know what your saying, yes it is a bit pricey but these are your eyes we are talking about here.  The goal is to get the eye makeup off with as little resistance as possible (especially if you are 30 +).

As you know, I am huge advocate for removing all traces of makeup once you get home.  I read an article once where Beyonce said that sometimes she doesn’t like to wash her face after she gets her makeup done professionally so that she can look made up in the morning.  WHAT????  Are you serious????   I mean she may have been really young when she said this so let me say it one more time with feeling….YOUR MAKEUP WILL NOT LAST THROUGH SLEEPING AND YOUR SKIN NEEDS TO BREATHE SO TAKE IT OFF.  Got it??  Good.  That being said, when you clean your face…pay special attention to the delicate eye area.  When removing your eye makeup, please refrain from pulling and tugging…we don’t need any extra unwanted wrinkles or puffiness.

Lancôme BiFacils Eye Makeup Remover

Lancôme Bi-Facil is a dual action remover that you have to shake to combine…it takes off waterproof mascara (and regular mascara for the record) in a blink with no oily residue and is very gentle on the eyes.  If you are not wearing waterproof mascara or you don’t want the extra conditioning around your eyes (Bi-Facil does contain oils but leaves no oily residue), try Effacil, which is equally gentle and removes everything with no residue.

The Rundown:

  • Double-phase, fresh-as-water liquid eye makeup remover.
  • Activates when shaken to gently whisk away even waterproof eye makeup
  • Conditions and refreshes the skin
  • Ideal for sensitive skin and contact lens wearers
  • Leaves eyes feeling cool and relaxed, with no oily residue.

Lancôme removers are safe for contact lens wearers and ophthalmologist tested.

Blink Pretty!!

I was just thinking about that Bi-Facil the other day. I’m on like my fourth drugstore eye makeup remover and none of them work as well as Bi-Facil and Victoria’s Secret used to make one that was really good. I think I’m to splurge on some Lancome. And I didn’t know there was a difference btwn that one and Effacil!! Thanks!

I haven’t used any other eye make-up remover for the last 10 years!!! I discovered this in high school. I used to take off my makeup right before bed because I couldn’t stand the way my eyes felt afterward. I got a free sample of this when I bought some Tresor and I’ve never looked back:)

This is the best! I love me some eye makeup but I don’t like sleeping in it or keeping it on longer than I have to. This totally does the trick.
