Wow….I remember colored mascara back in the 80′s!  I used to wear this electric blue one that looked dark unless you were in the sun then they were so blue it was almost alien.  Well colored mascara is back in a BIG way…but not like the electric blue I just mentioned….more subtle.  More “grown up” [...]
